What is AquaTitan? |

Phiten’s unique techonology employing titanium disperced in water. This new material, AquaTitan, in mainly used in fabric for Phiten apparel and accessories. AquaTitan features titanium particles embedded into every fiber of the fabric, maintaining the comfortable texure of the material, and ensuring the effects last throughout the life of the product, even when washed regularly. AquaTitan is used in most of Phiten’s fabric products, such as the Phiten RAKUWA necklace and Phiten apparel.

How long will my RAKUWA Necklace last? Can I wash it? What will happen if it absorbs sweat? |

The innovative AquaTitan material has been embedde into the fabric using Phiten’s unique technology. AquaTitan particles will not separate even after the fabric is washed or absorbed with sweat, so there is no reason to be concerned. AquaTitan is quite durable and our RAKUWA Nekclaces can be used for a very long time. Phiten’s unique technologyis applied not only to AquaTitan particls but also to RAKUWA Necklaces. All Phiten products incorporated this unique technology. |

The note on the package says the RAKUWA Nekclace must not be worn in a bath or sauna. Why? |

Repeated wetting and drying of the fabric will accelerate the gradual depletion of the materials. |

What is the difference between Power Tape and Up’s Titanium Tape? |
|
|
The main function is the same forboth. Power Tape is not elastic, so its applications are limited. However, its strong adhesive power keeps the tape securely attached for an extended period of time. For the sake of good hygiene, we recommend changing the tape after a period of heavy perspiration, as in the summber time. Up’s Titanium Tape is elastic and can be attached easily to your knee, elbow or other joint.

Does the titanium tape have to be attched in a certain positon? |
|
|
No, it doesn’t. The adhesive surface of our tape contains titanium particles and is well treated. All you need to do is apply the tape to the desired part of the body. There’s no need to worry about the orientaion or wrapping method. |

My skin is sensitive and gets a rash when it's taped. What should I do? |
|
|
To minimize skin irritation, apply e-water over the area and wait until it's dry before taping. Avoid leaving the tape on for long periods. Please note that the skin has differences, depending on the individual, and its condition may vary. |

How long does the product last? |
|
|
The products will remain effective for years (semi-permanent). While they are subject to wear and tear, our products are made of high-quality materials, so you can rest assured your Phiten product is durable. |

Can the product be washed? |
|
|
YES! As the titanium particles are embedded into the fabric, they remain part of the fabric, just like a color dye. Repeated washing will, however, subject the product to faster wear and tear. |
|

How long can the tape & lotion last? |
|
|
The tape should not stay on your body for longer than several days, for hygienic reasons. The lotion will last for approximately 12 hours, subject to perspiration and other factors. A hard workout, for example, may cause the lotion to disperse more quickly from the skin. |
